HORRIBLE DENTAL EXPERIENCE. My appointment was at 1:30. I wasn't seen until after 3pm. My appt. ended after 4pm. At 5pm I called because a prescription had not been sent been sent to CVS. Aspen closed at 5:pm. I decided to drive there to see if someone was still there so I could again ask for my prescription to be sent to CVS. I asked the dr to prescribe IB 600/800 for pain and he told me no. Go home and take the 200mg advil that I was already taking. I asked for the name/number of the dr who manages that office because e is being rude to me and he told me he is the boss. I again asked for the name and number of the person above him he said...ma'am I need to ask you to leave before I call the cops. I said sir Im simply asking you for a name/number of someone above you. And He continued to threaten me with calling the cops. Its this type of behavior that baffles me. Im talking to you in a sweet & calm voice, but yet you a 6ft. tall man considered me a 5'2" Black woman a threat because I asked for the name/number of someone who is above you. Im so tired of non Black people trying to make themselves a victim after they've exhibited rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, etc. behavior. I even

The Staff is SUPER friendly. The ladies up front May front, but we're cool, and the Assistant was Efficient as was the Doc. It's Clean with plenty of parking and it feels like they all have rehearsed their parts to perfection. 5 straws.

I used Aspen in Cherry Hill NJ for my upper denture. They were fantastic. I went recently for my lower. They are now under new management and the service was horrible. I sat in office for 1 hour for xrays and after I was told no one had time to speak with my about my treatment plan that they would call me. 2 weeks still waiting on that call. They also sent me a bill after 2 years stating I owed $545.00 for services I have paid for already. I asked for someone to call me about those charges. And no response once again. The dentist was not very personable and seemed to not want to talk about different option. Highly disappointed. I will not be returning.

I wanted a more detailed explanation of my treatment (clear step by step) from a trained professional. No surprises and highly qualified. I had oral surgery painless fast but don't sacrifice effective and safe for efficient and fast. Still a work in progress...

Excellent experience! Kinjal was professional, friendly, and very thorough. She made my cleaning comfortable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
